Cool Team Leader half-day training

Cool Petaluma is about to launch a new cohort of Cool Team Leaders! 

In the current climate, some of our strongest resources are our communities and neighbors. What better way to kick off 2026 than by building bonds with the people around you?

The Cool Teams program brings people together to take care of each other while taking care of the planet. Neighborhood-based Cool Teams are the most popular option, but the program has expanded to include friend groups, faith-based groups, and coworkers–whoever forms your team.

Our Team Leader Training is where dedicated community members can step up and learn how to become Team Leaders. This training will show you how to gather neighbors or friends and kickstart community climate action! Including information on climate change, guides on how to host a cool event, and how to create real change, this training will give you everything you need to know so you can become a Team Leader in your own community.

Remember to bring a water bottle and a snack for the day!
