Are you interested in promoting healthy food options to empower others? Join our "Train the Trainer" style workshop led by Chef-K and designed for anyone 16+.

Workshop Highlights:

• Participate in a hands-on 3-hour session
• Learn techniques for recipe prep experiences with small groups.
• Learn essential information to successfully facilitate food and nutrition activities.
• Receive resources for creating simple, easy, and healthy food options.
• Participant Commitment: Participants are expected to facilitate at least two interactive workshops with community, sharing these healthy, approachable skills.
