Tournament Balance Rules (Tier Difference System)
Tier Difference 0 (same tier)
Once per game, if the player dont have cost 0 on hand, Opponent selects a random card from your hand and exchanges it with a random 0-cost card from your deck. (Randomize method by toreca staff)
Tier Difference 0.5 โ 1.5
Once per game, The lower-tier player receives one free AP Draw. However, they cannot use it on the first turn.
Tier Difference 2 โ 2.5
Once per game, The lower-tier player receives one free Snipe. The character used for the Snipe becomes a blank (whiteboard) card afterward. (Any newly gain effect will be blank as well)
Tier Difference 3 or more
The lower-tier player gains both the free AP Draw and the free Snipe (with conditions above).
