Elected Player Check in:
=========================
1. Elected players must check in at our counter BEFORE 1.00 PM on the event day. Failure to do so will result in their slot being forfeited to the walk-in queue.
2. Player must be physically present to check in. Players may not check in on behalf of other players.
3. Any late check ins for elected players after 1.00 PM will not be valid and moved to the waiting queue instead.

Walk-in Queue Procedure:
=========================
1. Queue number tickets will be distributed on first come, first serve basis ONE (1) day BEFORE the event on 18th October 2025 (Saturday) from 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM or until all queue tickets have been handed out.
2. Players will need to be physically present to provide their Trainer ID in order to receive their queue number.
3. Queue number tickets will be limited to 32 slots. Once this number is reached, no more numbers will be given out.
4. On the event day at 1.00 PM, we will announce the number of walk in slots available and proceed to call out for the walk in numbers in sequence.
5. Queued players waiting for walk in slots must be immediately present when their number is called else their queue will be skipped and considered forfeited.
6. We will only accept players until we reach the maximum capacity.
