Greetings…
I’ve had a number of requests from travelers saying they are ready to take a trip. So… even though this is short notice… I decided to give it a try. If you’re interested in this beautiful spring time trip… contact me by March 7th and send a $50.00 deposit! I will need full payment by April 1st! Thank you!
Day 1…Sunday, April 12
6:00 AM: Join us as we depart Marinette (Jacks Country Market) for Branson! First stop is a Drury Inn just south of St. Louis. Hope to be there for you to enjoy their drinks and lite supper, which is all included!
Day 2…Monday, April 13
6:00-8:00-Breakfast served at hotel…
8:00-Departure
for Branson
11:30-LAMBERTS- Home of the Throwed Rolls… for lunch on your own! They have the BEST ROLLS!(your expense)
1:00-Depart
2:00-Arrive in Branson
Check in with me to a beautiful Victorian style hotel that we’ve enjoyed in the past. THE GRAND VICTORIAN!
We’re located on the main drag… you can take a walk to a cute ice cream parlor just down the street… you can enjoy their pool and hot tub… and if your lucky you will have a view of those beautiful Ozark mountains from your room!
4:30- Board the motor coach for shopping and dinner at McFarlands. (Included)…Shopping opportunities include beautiful quilts, great deals on leather goods (several of us bought purses that we still love)… jewelry… and so much more. And Dinner is served with dessert FIRST! You will enjoy I’m sure!
After dinner we’re off to see THE DUTTONS… a high energy family loaded with musical talent! They hit the stage with a variety of genres… from BLUEGRASS to contemporary ROCK… to COUNTRY , COMEDY and DANCE! They do it all! Great Show!
Day 3..Tuesday, April 14
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel…
8:00 am..Depart for TOP OF THE ROCK
Upon arrival…drive your own golf cart (seats 4) along this 2.5 mile trail featuring sparkling waterfalls and bridges…and a SPECTACULAR CAVE ….Oh yes… and don’t forget about the one of a kind BAT BAR with special beverages to sip on as you enjoy the spring time beauty! Hoping the Dogwoods and Red Buds will be in bloom as they were last time! Truly Beautiful!!
10:30 am ..We will shuttle over to the Ancient Ozark History Museum…enjoy your time here before going to lunch!
11:30 am.. Lunch is served at the Buffalo Bar…(included)
Upon our return to Branson we will go back to our hotel to freshen up before going to the afternoon performance of the SIGHT AND SOUND THEATRE!

3:30 pm… SIGHT AND SOUND THEATRE…performance today,

6:30 pm..Dinner (included) at the Grand Country Buffett.!! This is the very BEST Buffet in Branson. The food is delicious… and the set up is well cared for. You’ll be-able to enjoy anything your heart desires and don’t forget dessert!
After dinner it’s back to the hotel to relax either with friends or in the hot tub or pool! Sleep well!
Day 4..Wednesday April 15
Enjoy a delicious breakfast..
10:00am Board the bus as we’re going to Old Downtown Branson. You have to go to THE FIVE and DIME. (Remember the old Woolworth Stores?). If you ever had it in days gone by, I’ll bet you can find it here! Brings back fond memories when you could go shopping with a friend and spend only $1.00!
There’s other shops along this two block area…. Have fun!
Bus pickup will take us to Paula Deens for lunch (included!). Enjoy the beautiful gift shop too!
After lunch there will be time to enjoy the Landing…..find a bench along the river and people watch…. Stroll along the walkways…Check out the musical fountains… enjoy a huge ice cream cone… or walk to the many lovely shops or for our gentlemen…down to the Bass Pro Shop! Spring Time in Branson is really quite beautiful.
3:00 pm.. Bus will pick us up and off we’ll go for a ……
4:00 pm DINNER CRUISE on the
SHOWBOAT BRANSON BELLE!(included)
See gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake… The Branson Belle is themed after the majestic showboats of the 1800’s…. It takes guests on a 2 hour cruise across Table Rock Lake while you enjoy a delicious meal and an amazing live show!
7:30 pm.. The CLIMAX of our time in Branson is CLAY COOPER’S COUNTRY EXPRESS! You will LOVE THIS SHOW! He and his cast of 23 entertainers… this show is filled with singing, dancing, comedy and more. You’ll enjoy COUNTRY, GOSPEL. ROCK & ROLL (60’s) and PATRIOTIC honoring all our veterans! Believe me… this is the perfect ending to our time in Branson!
Day 5..Thursday, April 16

I big suitcase per person… which will go under the bus…and then a carry on that you’ll be responsible for.
