The experience begins early, around 4:30am or earlier; the exact meeting time will be confirmed via SMS or WhatsApp the evening before your flight.
Meeting point is in Northam unless shuttle transport from Perth is booked (available as an extra).
Launch site and timing are dependent on wind and seasonal conditions; flight duration is approximately 1 hour, with a total experience time of about 4 hours.
Hands-on participation in balloon setup and pack away is optional.

For safety reasons, pregnant guests and those with recent surgeries or severe mobility issues are advised not to participate.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
