STRETCH & SIP - Kalamunda is on again!

Grab a coffee and your yoga mat and come down to the Stirk Park Sound shell for Kalamunda’s STRETCH & SIP session in the park.
This hour long, full body stretch session shows you how to stretch your body for adaptability and improved quality of movement.
Coffee or tea in hand is a must as we will be taking time to stop and sip along the way.
The stretches you will be shown are easily integrated into your daily routine to ease bodily restriction and discomfort so you can focus on tackling your day without limitation.
This is our new favourite monthly class in Kalamunda, run by a highly qualified and experienced high-performance remedial therapist and mobility coach.
The coach stays behind after the session to chat to all attendees and discuss all things body, brain, neuro plasticity and everything in between.
