ShoulderToShoulder - 5k Event

On Sunday, 13th July, I’ll be hosting a charity 5K run from One Performance Centre to raise awareness about the importance of men’s mental health and raise funds for The Neuk, a brilliant local charity supporting mental health services in Perth.

Here’s the plan:
We’ll take on an easy 5K route starting from the gym — but with a twist!
We’ll be carrying 5kg and 10kg sandbags, sharing the weight and supporting each other along the way. 💪
It’s all about teamwork and starting conversations that matter.

Open to Men & Women of all abilities

Once we cross the finish line back at the gym, we’ll celebrate with iced coffee, pastries, and cakes — all well earned! ☕🍰

🎽 Everyone who takes part will receive a custom event T-shirt to wear as we run the streets of Perth together.
