The Blackstone Society Equity Portfolio is excited to launch a new event, Shining a light: the law and Australia's response to FDV - a panel discussion.
FDV is an epidemic within Australia and across the world, with growing media attention and calls for Government and Legal action to better protect victim survivors and to improve perpetrator accountability.
The Equity Portfolio welcomes attendees to this important panel discussion which hopes to spark conversations between legal professionals and students around the importance of being aware of FDV, and the impacts FDV is having within our community.
We have a great selection of panelists who will share their knowledge and experiences in a thought provoking discussion. There will be the opportunity to ask questions to our panelists at the end, and an opportunity to network over food and drinks 🥂
