WARRIORS CHOIR | VOICE ACTIVATION
NO VOCAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
This isn't about learning songs.
It's about making sounds.
Simple chants.
Short lines you don't have to work to remember, your body as percussion and exploring sound, vibration and resonance through the Human Singing Bowl.
Activating your voice comes through the courage to sing, express yourself and be an integral part of the experience.
SOUND HEALING
Through a combination of rhythm, vibration, melody and tone, Anita will create a 'Sound Sanctuary' with her carefully chosen instruments, vocals and intuitive musicality while attendees rest and listen in stillness, and will involve:
* Introduction to the instruments and the basis of sound bath meditations
* Slow and basic stretching and breathing to open the 'Sound Sanctuary'
* Short Guided meditation
* Mini Sound Bath meditation
* Close and an opportunity to play the instruments and questions.
