Just a little reminder about my flexibility & movement class running every Wednesday at 12:30 at Unity Café.
This session is all about:
• Improving posture
• Strengthening the core through safe, effective activation
• Learning neutral spine
• Using the breath to support movement and stability
The class is slow, supportive, and accessible, with plenty of guidance and options throughout. No pressure, no jumping about, just well-planned movement that helps you feel stronger and more supported in your body.
