Hey Pub Runners, we have another public holiday coming up which means no Seasonal Brewery.
This time we are going to do something a little different. We are going to have a beer mile training session and BBQ.
For those that are aiming to have a crack at the Xmas beer mile in Dec then this is an opportunity to get that edge.
It will be byo food and drinks but we'll supply some bread rolls.
Training is whatever you think you will need to improve , be it sculling or running. Supply your own beverage to train with and we will have a 100m segment ready to go.
But if all you want to do is come down and hang out or go for usual 5-10k then feel free 😁
