🌟 We will be holding our pop-up Hawaiian Hula Dance Workshop in Perth CBD on Saturday 7 February 2026, 1-4pm!
🏝 The Hula is a style of dance from the Hawaiian Islands where all the hand motions are a form of sign language that tell a story about “Aloha". Aloha in the Hawaiian language means love.
💃 Michelle, our dance teacher, has practised the Hawaiian Hula dance for over 15 years, and her Hula roots come from her Hawaiian Hula school, He Makana O Aloha, in Honolulu. Michelle manages her own Hawaiian Hula dance school in Sydney.
Class contents includes -
Basic Hawaiian hand and foot motions
Learn the full choreography to the hula - Beautiful Kauai, music by Kailua Moon.
Come to learn about the Aloha of hula! Hula is Aloha and Aloha is for everyone!
Location: King St Arts Centre, 357/365 Murray St Perth.
For parking closeby - there is 3 hours free parking at Her Majesty's Theatre Parking.
Workshop fee:
$90 early bird rate, tickets purchased before 26 January 2026.
