A majority of us experience physical and/or mental health challenges at some point in life. It’s part of being human. Polyvagal Theory provides a framework or lens to help us understand these challenges in ourselves or others we live or work with.

This event outlines how Polyvagal Theory may relate to:
-Depression
-Anxiety
-PTSD and CPTSD
-Persistent Pain
-Chronic Fatigue
-Fibromyalgia + Central Sensitization
-Neurodivergence

Led by: Jean Byrne, PhD, Mental Health Researcher, Provisional Psychologist, and Senior Yoga Teacher & Rob Schutze, Senior Research Fellow, Senior Yoga Teacher, and Senior Clinical Psychologist
