Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Customer -
Cancellations made more than 12 weeks (3 months) before the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 12 weeks and 8 weeks before the trip will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before the trip are non-refundable.
Medical exemptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note).
Transfers
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, provided you notify us at least 2 weeks before the trip.
Cancellations by Adventure Paddleboarding
In the unlikely event that we must cancel (e.g., due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the option to transfer to a future adventure.
We cannot be held responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation booked independently.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants take out travel insurance to cover illness, transport delays, or other unforeseen events.
