An Introduction to Landscape Painting: Workshop with Artist Jon Hoad

Get creative and explore the beauty of our landscape through painting! In this beginner friendly landscape painting workshop, local artist Jon Hoad will take you step by step through the fundamentals of acrylic painting. You’ll learn how to conceptualise and sketch your ideas, think about composition, colour mixing and how to use different brush techniques.

This workshop is perfect for those wanting to try something new or improve their initial skills, no prior experience is necessary.

All materials will be provided and there will also be a chance to visit our latest exhibition, Perthshire Illustrated to bring some ideas and inspiration to your work.
