Flow into the Holidays; Yoga, Toasts, Charades & White Elephant Fun. Celebrate the season with Vital Vibes (pun intended!)!
We’ll kick off the night with a sparkling juice toast (BYO beverage welcome!) and flow into a lighthearted holiday-themed yoga class led by Kari. Expect a fun mix of nerdy festive poses, partner work, more cheers, and laughs followed by a playful White Elephant gift exchange; gifts can be repurposed, gently used, or new (around a $15 value).
Next is community yoga charades, where groups act out holiday classics through yoga-inspired movement! Then we’ll wind down with a partner meditation and short journaling session to set intentions and explore ways to stay grounded, joyful, and proactive through the winter season.
Bonus Points for Dressing festive - think cozy, sparkly, or full-on holiday fab. (ps: points mean nothing ;) )
