Sip, savor, and indulge at our Hot Cocoa Wine & Treat Pairing!
Join us for a cozy seasonal experience featuring rich cocoa wines thoughtfully paired with decadent sweet treats. Whether you’re warming up with friends or enjoying a festive outing, Bishop Estate provides the perfect backdrop for a delicious and comforting winter escape.

Times run hourly from 1–5 pm each day and are self-paced. Visit three locations on our property to enjoy three unique hot cocoa wine creations, each paired with a festive treat.

Elves Workshop:
Simply Strawberry Wine topped with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a strawberry pirouette.

Santa’s Bank Barn:
Bishop Cabernet Wine with whipped cream, a dusting of “Santa’s Magic,” and a caramel drizzle, paired with a festive sugar cookie.

Reindeer’s Stable:
BugHouse Merlot with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and a candy cane, served with peppermint bark.

Afterward, you're welcome to relax on the property and enjoy additional wine or beer by the glass.

This event is rain or shine. We have indoor, outdoor, and tented seating areas available! You can bring outside food as well, along with non-alcoholic beverages.

Bishop Estate Vineyard and Winery Features:

- No cover charge for music

- 18 to 21 wines on the menu

- Plenty of free parking on-site

- No outside alcohol permitted!

- Dog policy is that dog must be leashed and no barking or jumping as a courtesy to patrons who could be frightened by dogs. No dogs are allowed inside the bank barn.

- Family-friendly: anyone under 21 must be with a parent at all times

- Bring your own chairs and tables if by the field area
