About WOOSUNG

Woosung is a Korean-American musician, singer, songwriter, and composer, best known for being the vocalist and electric guitarist of the South Korean band The Rose. He will confidentially be releasing new music this fall. He will be lending his voice in the Netflix animated series “Jentry Chau vs. The Underworld” opposite Ali Wong, Lucy Liu, Bowen Yang, and Jimmy O’Yang, set to release later this year. Woosung made his solo debut in 2019 with the EP, Wolf, and its title single, “Face,” quickly racking up nearly 20 million views on YouTube. WOOSUNG is beloved by his fans and constantly gaining more recognition after featuring on BTS Suga’s song “Snooze” alongside the legendary composer, Ryuichi Sakamoto. As a multifaceted performer, Woosung released his debut feature-length album, Genre, in December of 2021. WOOSUNG embarked on multiple world tours commemorating his album “Genre” and latest EP, “MOTH” in 2022. The Global sensation toured across the US, Europe, and Asia and the finale of the MOTH Tour in Seoul gifting the sold-out crowd a reunion of The Rose.
