About Wampi

Dasiel Mustelier Oruña was born on May 1, 2003. Since his birth he has lived on Poey, Havana Cuba, along with his family. When he was one year old, he attended the "Ciro Frías" participating in the activities and family parties he happily entertained with his dances and songs. At the age of four, it was his debut as a singer when he was selected among his peers for a Zonal Festival obtaining first place and going on to the Provincial competition where he also obtained the first place. In the Cascabelito choir, that was where his beginnings really were, participating on large stages and in front of television cameras. Joining a school for his musical qualities at the age of six was the goal. His mother introduced him to the "Alejandro Garcia Caturla" Conservatory to study the piano but was not accepted. Approved on December 2012 in the saxophone instrument they place him at the Paulita Concepción school. In third grade he became part of the prestigious Solfa choir where he participated in countless activities in theaters, television and even traveled to Canada to an International Festival in which he won an award. Despite his studies at music school he never lost his love of singing and was always making music and composing songs. At the age of 15, he released his first single, adopting the artistic name of Wampi and venturing into urban music. The middle level of music was studied at the "Amadeo Roldán" conservatory, where he graduated of piano and saxophone on July 16, 2022
