VC Barre grew up in Märsta/Stockholm and London. He recently turned 20 and has been releasing music completely independently since 2020. In 2021, VC Barre and ADAAM were Grammy-nominated for Song of the Year with "TOPP", he was also nominated for P3 Gold of the Year hip-hop/rnb. VC Barre has been featured in several established media and played at our biggest festivals like Way Out West and Lollapalooza. In the summer of 2023, VC Barre released his own version of Albin Johnsén hit "Din soldat" together with star producers takenoelz and Pablo Paz. The song entered the first place, both on the singles chart and Spotify's top 50 list.
