It was co-produced by Thundercat and longtime friend and musical partner Flying Lotus. Previous releases include The Golden Age of Apocalypse (2011), Apocalypse (2013), EP The Beyond / Where The Giants Roam featuring the classic "Them Changes" & Drunk (2017). Thundercat has collaborated with Gorillaz, Silk Sonic (Bruno Mars & Anderson Paak), HAIM, H.E.R., KAYTRANADA, Kenny Beats, and JID, as well as contributing original songs for film & TV including Yasuke, Insecure and MINIONS: The Rise of Gru.
