Launched in 2020 by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Strive to Be offers a unique fusion of contemporary Christian and pop music. Strive to Be captures principles of community, faith, and service with music that resonates not only with Church members but with millions in search of uplifting, faith-based music. Jesus Christ is central to the beliefs and lives of members the Church, who strive to share the joy of Christ’s gospel with people everywhere. In 2021, Strive to Be released its first full-length album, “A Great Work,” which landed at #2 on the US iTunes Top Christian Albums chart in its debut week. Songwriter Nik Day shared his feelings on the experience, stating, "When I perform these songs all over the world and see the youth singing along, I can hear their testimonies and feel their dedication to the Savior and the gospel.” "A Great Work" included Strive to Be's hit song "If You Believe," which has accumulated over 500 million streams and has earned the #1 spot in Thailand and the Dominican Republic.
