佐々木想（Vocal / Guitar）、ふくながまさき（Bass）、タカトマン（Drums）からなるスリーピースバンド。大学時代の軽音部仲間で2022年6月に結成。バンド名は、地下のスタジオに籠って練習をしていたことから「もぐら」のフランス語 “taupe（トープ）”と、3人が “shy（シャイ）”な性格であることから命名。 shytaupe is a Japanese band, formed in June 2022. So Sasaki (vocal / guitar), Masaki Fukunaga (bass), and Takatoman (drums) were all members of the same band club at a university in Kyoto and formed shytaupe after graduating. The band's name combines two words: "shy" and "taupe." "Shy" represents the character of the three members, and "taupe," the French word for "mole," is inspired by their practice sessions in an underground studio.
