Legendary poet Allen Ginsberg passed away on April 5, 1997 in Manhattan, NY. Just across the Hudson River in New Jersey, Sam MacPherson was welcomed into the world on the very same day. You could certainly say when one poet leaves this mortal coil, another arrives—albeit in a different form…  In the most unassuming and best possible tribute to Ginsberg, the 27-year-old singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist speaks his truth directly from the heart and without filter.
