Rob $tone (b. Jaylen Robinson) is a multidimensional vocalist, producer and songwriter proudly hailing from San Diego's Lemon Grove region. Drawing from the prolific reggae, rock and hip-hop artists who soundtracked his adolescence growing up in California helped inspire him to manifest the burgeoning career and melodic, genre-fluid approach he is happily cultivating today. With the encouragement of his childhood friends and frequent collaborators, J. Davis & Spooks, he released his first song, "Chill Bill," a track that experienced viral success in 2016 and has since been certified 4X Platinum by the RIAA. $tone then went on to tour with A$AP Ferg & Playboi Carti in 2016, and Desiigner in 2017. The then 23 year old later announced his first studio album, Don’t Wait For It. In 2018, Rob $tone hit the road for a few tour dates with Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa as he prepared to release new music. Rob $tone released his sophomore album, Stone Cold, to kick off 2020, A deluxe version of the album followed the release. Rob $tone began 2021 with the release of a new E.P. entitled, Solitaire $tone. Ahead of his forthcoming album, BONA FIDE, $tone released undeniably hot singles featuring Dom Kennedy, Rubi Rose, & Too $hort, as well as a handful of solo releases that truly highlight his growth. Now a few years wiser, Rob $tone has really found his footing on every track and glides down every beat with a flawless cadence and hedonistic lyrical approach. His best is yet to come.
