Upcoming Kangen Band Tour
Kangen Band was formed in Bandar Lampung, Lampung in 2005 by Dodhy (Guitar), Andika (Vocals), Tama (Guitar), Bebe (Bass), Izzy (Keyboards), and Baim (Drums). Their debut album was Tentang Aku, Kamu, Dan Dia (2007) Kangen Band released two albums at once: Yang Sempurna—which is a repackage of their debut album— One of the songs in this album, Tentang Bintang and Selingkuh, became a popular hit in the community. Apart from that, Kangen Band also made it into the Favorite Band Group at the 2007 SCTV Award. In the same year, they starred in a soap opera titled Aku Memang Kampungan, which tells about their career journey. In 2008, Kangen Band released their third album, Bintang 14 Hari. Bintang 14 Hari presents a different color of music by presenting Malay elements and exploring Javanese elements. On this album, Kangen hooked arranger Andi Bayou with backing vocals Eren. On May 6, 2009, Kangen Band released their third album, entitled Pujaan Hati, with the hit singles Terbang Bersamaku and Pujaan Hati.
