Kabaka Pyramid is a Grammy Award Winning Rastafarian lyricist fusing elements of Reggae, Hip Hop and Dancehall to create a unique sound, revolutionizing Jamaican music with conscious messages A key pillar of the Reggae Revival movement, the Kingston Jamaica native carved his way into the Jamaican reggae scene in 2011 with his debut project Rebel Music. The “Lead The Way (Deluxe Edition) ” EP, “Accurate” and “Immaculate” Mixtapes as well as his debut album “Kontraband ” would follow over the next 7 years. Collaborating with legendary producers and artists such as Bobby Digital, King Jammy’s, Sizzla, Capleton and Tarrus Riley, to name a few, would pave the way for the Grammy award winning sophomore album “The Kalling” produced by role model Damian “Jr Gong” Marley in 2022.
