Jorn is the solo venture of Norwegian singer Jørn Lande (Masterplan, Vagabond, Ark, etc.), whose remarkable talent has allowed him to excel at everything from power metal to bluesy hard rock to pop. After fronting a number of metal and hard rock bands in the 90s, he made his debut as Jorn with 00's Starfire, launching a prolific solo career that would see him release over a dozen albums over the coming decades. All the while, his collaborations with other acts continued, most notably as the singer for Masterplan, with whom he recorded several well-received albums, as well as Dracula: Swing of Death, a rock opera recorded with Norwegian guitarist Trond Holter. A year later "Dracula" was followed by by a solo covers album called Heavy Rock Radio, and in 2017, Jorn returned with Life on Death Road, which was recorded with a new lineup featuring members of German hard rock troupe Voodoo Circle. 2020 saw the release of a second covers LP, Heavy Rock Radio II: Executing the Classics. Despite Jorns solid roots in classic rock, he is also a part of the modern music scene, as he in recent years has been working with Riot Games and the worlds biggest online game ’League of Legends’, giving a voice to the character Karthus, of the fictional heavy metal band Pentakill. Come 2021, he is once again exploring new directions, teaming up with members of Wig Wam, Trollfest and Chrome Division to release "Faith Bloody Faith", which are competing in the Norwegian finals of Eurovision.
