Girls of the Internet’s manifesto is clear; to create dance music that calls back to how it was made at its inception, but with the knowledge and experience of the past 50 years of the genre, joining the dots that have not been joined for a long time. The collective is about inclusivity - taking on members of all sexualities, gender expressions and body types. With the ability to perform as a full live band, the live experience adds another layer to the group’s offering. Tom himself is also an in demand selector and highly skilled DJ. Having performed on home turf at Glastonbury, The Warehouse Project, Homobloc, Drumsheds, Printworks, Latitude and Lost Village, as well as Ibiza shows at Pikes and Glitterbox at #1 Club in the World Hï, March also saw the group sell out the iconic Jazz Café. Finding their musical home in Luke Solomon & Derrick Carter's Classic Music Company, releasing alongside the likes of Honey Dijon, Floorplan, Seven Davis Jr., Isolée, & Gemini; Girls of the Internet prepare to release their latest album When I Lost, I Found Myself coming soon, with Tom bringing together acclaimed British vocalists and songwriters. Previous singles from the project ‘Affirmations’ written by Sophie Faith and sung by Anelisa Lamola, and ‘Never Ever Ever’ featuring shiv and Oscar Jerome, demonstrate the innate musicality of the project, with the intention “to create beautiful songs within a House Music framework.” Listen to The very best of Girls of the Internet
