Gabríel Ólafs’ holistic vision, melodic storytelling, and atmospheric arrangements set him apart as a true auteur of postmodern classical music. At only 24, he is arguably Gen Z’s most important composer. Following on from his acclaimed Piano Works (2020) and poetic multimedia project Solon Islandus (2022), folk-inspired Lullabies for Piano and Cello (2023), praised by NPR and BBC Music Magazine, Gabríel now presents his debut Orchestral Works (2024).
