The collection of artists from Southampton known as FooR are a dance music crew made up of artists, Gavin Foord, Tyrone, Aki (Bear Like) and Jon Doe (CLSM). The group were instrumental in the revival of the UK Garage scene, compiling and mixing the 2017 edition of ‘Pure Garage’; since, the group have made waves in the UK Bassline scene, charting in the Top 10 of the Official UK Dance Charts with their 2018 album, ‘Friends of FooR’. In 2020, the group released their debut Drum & Bass release as they switched up styles again, showcasing their versatility across the underground dance music scene. Independent artists in their own right, the majority of FooR’s releases have been through their own labels; SO, Garage Shared, GS Dubs and YosH. However, the group had a number of signed releases to the likes of Warner Music and Relentless, including the 2020 single, ‘Fresh’, which was featured in the Coors Light advertising campaign. The groups multi-genre experience makes them one of the most unique live acts and as such the group have toured and performed across the UK and Europe, playing iconic venues such as Ushuaia, Amnesia Ibiza, XOYO London and at festivals such as Creamfields, Boomtown, Isle of Wight Festival, WE ARE FSTVL, NASS, Pier Jam and more.
