Shi Yi Liu, known professionally as Eric Reprid, is a Canadian independent rapper and songwriter based in Vancouver. Reprid dropped out of college to become a rapper with his friend and producer Marc Wavy (then known as Clueless Kit) in late 2016, much to the displeasure of their parents.[1] Their first song was "By My Side," featuring fellow artist Kora. From there, he has continued to cement his career as an underground artist "from the V", releasing his first album, Who Cares, in the summer of 2018, and his second, Bloom, in early 2020. VIII
