Dispatch, the rock band heralded as one of the biggest independent bands in the country, is in the middle of one of their most prolific periods to date, having released eight full-length studio albums. It is impossible to deny that few bands - at any level - have achieved what Dispatch has: three sold-out shows at Madison Square Garden to raise funds for Zimbabwean humanitarian efforts, world tours, and a historic concert in Boston that drew 110,000 fans. Philanthropy has long been a part of the band's identity on and off the road – from raising funds to combat domestic hunger and improving education for young people across America – to this year’s focus on Amplifying Democracy to help activate and boost civic engagement during this critical election year.
