Crystal Fighters have officially released their fifth studio album, LIGHT+ Featuring the tracks Manifest, Tranquilo & Love x3, LIGHT+ was written and recorded between Santa Marta (Colombia), London and Maine, USA by core members Sebo Pringolazos, Gilbert Vierich and Grahamy Jupiter, alongside performances from the Crystal Gang, an expanding and ever-evolving crew of musicians and vocalists. On LIGHT+ Crystal Fighters dive deep into the questions of their multicoloured universe and offer this auditory paean to the light that has burns effervescently in every human heart and mind. Here they celebrate that light’s ubiquitousness and ask, through their infectiously upbeat sound, for the diffusion of more and more of it, that light and that joy that in these often dark times is so needed. In support of LIGHT+ Crystal Fighters will tour extensively across Europe and the UK in the coming months. Thanks to their explosive, genre-mashing, live show that combines a mixture of Basque folk, techno, electro, punk, rave workouts and tropical pop, Crystal Fighters have headlined festivals, stages and dance tents all over Europe and beyond. Their previous full length albums Star of Love, Cave Rave, Everything Is My Family, and Gaia & Friends have solidified their position as genre-defying globo wonk funk trailblazers whose transcendent live performances mean that they are rarely off the road. The band have collaborated with Bomba Estereo, Feed Me, Canta Marta, The Busy Twist.
