Talented percussionist/singer-songwriter, Chichi Peralta has been recognized for creating his style, known as World Latin Music, combining jazz, Afro-American, Afro-Cuban, and Latin rhythms. In 1997, the artist, from the Dominican Republic, recorded his first album, called Pa' Otro La'o, released in Latin America and the U.S., allowing the musician to get a Lo Nuestro Award. In the year 2000, Chichi Peralta De Vuelta Al Barrio, was followed by a worldwide tour.
