Hi <3 I'm Ashley and I stumbled into writing music so I could say everything that I couldn't say out loud. I grew up in a small town in Maryland where everybody knows each other. Where everyone spends every Friday night at the same brewery on main street. I come from jam bands, boat days, and blue crabs. I’m a public school kid who graduated from the local college with a nursing degree. I’m a perfectionist who could probably use a little more delusional optimism in my life. But what I write about is real life sh*t!! I start almost every song on an acoustic guitar. I take a lot of inspiration from the storytelling style of country and Americana music but love a fun catchy pop hook. Can't wait to share what's next... xoxo
