After a lot of requests, we’re so excited to finally bring this brand new homeschool jiu jitsu program to our community! 🎉
This will be a fun and progressive introduction to jiu jitsu. Kids will learn week by week, each session building on the last, to create a solid understanding of how to defend themselves while building confidence, discipline, and resilience.

📅 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
𝟵 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 – Mondays at 10:00am
𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟯 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿
Commitment is required for the full 9 weeks

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿:
This program is taught in No-Gi style of jiu jitsu (pronounced “ghee”), which means kids train in comfortable activewear.
A rashguard or plain t-shirt with shorts (no pockets, zips, or buttons) or plain leggings/bike shorts is perfect.
We also have training gear available for purchase if needed.

Each week builds on the last, creating a clear and exciting progression for your child.

Kids will develop confidence, focus, and problem-solving skills while having loads of fun.

If you can’t make it on that day, no worries - your child is welcome to join any of our after-school kids’ classes before the program begins to do their trial:
5–8 yrs: 3:45pm
9–13 yrs: 4:30pm

☕ And while the kids are on the mats, you’ll love the location too - with a playground and park right next door to enjoy with friends, plus a café for coffee or lunch afterwards. It will quickly become your kids’ and your favourite day of the week!
