Spring Mindfulness Meditation

As winter melts into spring, this time of year invites us to breathe and gently realign with what we’re ready to cultivate in the season ahead.

Join us for a guided mindfulness meditation designed to help you shake off the heaviness of winter and step into a lighter, more intentional version of yourself.

In this session we will focus on:
Grounding breathing techniques
Reconnecting with ourselves through a guided meditation
Journaling to set intentions for Spring
Gentle movement to bring our attention to the physical body

This session is open to all experience levels. Please bring your own journal for recording how you feel at the end of the session.

There will also be time at the end for questions and optional group sharing.
