Eat Like an Italian: Florence - A cooking class with Antonio Cecconi

Florence is the capital of Italy’s Tuscany region. Dining in Florence is a special experience that combines fresh ingredients and simple yet delicious dishes. In this cooking class you’ll deepen your culinary artistry and open your palate with the flavors of the region:

• Stuffed zucchini flowers
• Cannelloni agli Spinaci
• Cotoletta alla brace (pork cutlet with porcini mushrooms)
• Fragole allo Zabaione (strawberries in sweet wine sauce)

Join us for a pre-class social hour where you’ll be greeted with a complimentary pour of our featured wine. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the class.

This cooking class is $90/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with wine and appetizers.

** A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
