Youth Connect Event: Fall Fun at Sommer Farm

Foster Village Peoria is hosting a youth connect event at Sommer Park in Edward’s, IL on Saturday, Sept 27th 4:00pm-6:00pm.

Families will enjoy painting pumpkins, a bounce house, hot dogs and s’mores. What a great way to celebrate the fall season!

All families impacted by foster care (adopted from foster care, currently in foster care, reunited, or working intact case plans) from Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford county are invited. An adult must attend with children. Please register early we have limited spots.

Register & let us know how many will be attending the farm park. (please limit this to youth in the home, and 1 or 2 caregivers).
