Big Table Greater Peoria is where conversations turn into action. Over two days, hundreds of residents, business leaders, educators, and community stakeholders will come together to share ideas, celebrate successes, and tackle the challenges shaping our region’s future.
This year’s event will:
• Feature a Keynote Lunch with Victor W. Hwang, a nationally recognized leader in entrepreneurship and innovation.
• Host small-group discussions led by trained facilitators on four key focus areas:
1. Build Our Talent Pipeline – Connecting education, training, and career pathways to meet workforce needs.
2. Foster and Accelerate Startups – Expanding access to capital, mentorship, and business support.
3. Ensure and Accentuate Livability – Strengthening housing, transportation, safety, and recreation.
4. Expand Access to Opportunity – Breaking down barriers to economic participation for all.
Your voice will help shape actionable strategies for the region’s next Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS)—just as the 2019 Big Table did, sparking initiatives like Choose Greater Peoria.
The conversation doesn’t stop here—Rural Big Table sessions will continue across the region in the weeks following the main event, including:

• Mason County: November 13, 2025
