At Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Peoria, we understand the significant impact a stroke can have on you and your loved ones. Our dedicated team is here to help you navigate the challenges you may encounter. By participating in our stroke support group, you will gain valuable insights, learn from shared experiences, and receive emotional and educational support.

American Stroke Association approved

Date: Every second Thursday of the month

Time: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Location: Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Peoria

Our support group is open to the community, and caregivers are welcome to join. We provide educational and emotional support, in-person assistance, and regular meetings.
