Sound Bath Meditation

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants lie down or be in a chair and are immersed in soothing sound vibrations produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The goal is to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being through the healing power of sound. Meditation experience is not necessary.
Each week I will take the first few minutes to provide education & information about the instruments. Followed by 30-45 minutes of sound experience ending with Q&A.
