Refund Policy

All credit card refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee and if eligible will be partially refunded via check or credited back on the card. To cancel, change or postpone enrollment in a group class or workshop, call or email immediately. Cancellations / Changes received 5 or more days before the start of the first class or workshop are eligible for a refund minus 5% cancellation fee for credit card processing or full credit towards future group classes or workshops. Cancellations / Changes received between 1 and 4 days before the start of the first class or workshop are eligible for credit only. The credit will equal the full amount paid by the student and will be redeemable for future group classes/ workshops. Cancellations made the same day as of workshop or class are non-refundable, but can receive a credit towards future classes only. After the class / workshop begins, tuition is non-refundable.
