6-session Somatic Yoga Series for Nervous System Healing

Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode? Whether you’re navigating everyday stress or living with PTSD, this gentle yoga series is designed to help you regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body in a supportive space.

Through six 75-minute sessions, we’ll explore powerful somatic themes like:

Session 1: Grounding in the present

Session 2: Releasing what no longer serves

Session 3: Receiving your own love

Session 4: Meeting yourself with curiosity, not judgement

Session 5: Taking up space and rising in wholeness

Session 6: Rest as a radical practice
