Restorative Yoga + Acupuncture at Soulside Healing Arts

WE'RE BACK for another event at Soulside Healing Arts in Peoria! Get a taste of Chinese medicine acupuncture while enjoying a relaxing, easy-going two-hour yoga session. All ages and skill levels welcome!!

Chinese Medicine Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to naturally relieve total body inflammation and relax the mind. In this session, Katie Eckert, your yoga instructor, will lead a gentle and relaxing Restorative Yoga practice, guiding you into a state of deep calm. You will receive tiny, taped acupuncture needles that will allow slow, intentional movement. We know you'll enjoy a deeper sense of peace surrounded by a healing community.

You will be asked to sign an informed consent before receiving acupuncture at this event. Acupuncture at this event is optional. Laughing Tao Acupuncture does not benefit from any proceeds collected. The $30 registration fee goes directly to Soulside Healing Arts.
