NAMI Tri‑County’s Community Education sessions are held monthly and are designed to bring the community together to connect, learn, and explore the many aspects of mental health.

Each month, we welcome guest speakers, local professionals, and community partners who share valuable insight, practical resources, and lived experience. These conversations help shine a light on the services, tools, and support available throughout our region.

Topics change monthly and may include treatment options, community programs, wellness practices, advocacy efforts, and more.
