"After twenty-one years as a resource teacher, I realized that adults with ADHD (like me) need the same kinds of support I was giving my students: setting and reaching meaningful goals, understanding our brains, and having someone to cheer us on. So I took my two masters degrees in education, earned my life coaching certification, and became an ADHD coach in 2018.
