Drum/Flute Circle

All are welcome to join this free uplifting community event! We will gather at Forest Park Nature Center (inside). Chairs provided.

After the drum circle we will close with a flute circle. Please bring flutes or other complimentary instruments tuned to D or C#. Flutes tuned to other pitches welcome. Listeners also welcome! Any questions please contact Natasha Greene 309-642-2569

Drumming has been proven to decrease stress, lower blood pressure and even boost the immune system!
Some extra instruments are available so give it a try!

$10 suggested donation.
